I love this GYM!!! Not only do they have great equipments but the staff are also friendly and welcoming. The management team as well are great. They care for their customers and always making sure we’re enjoying our work outs at the complex. I always highly recommend Astoria sports complex to my friends and family.

Amazing staff, facility and service!
Great gym! As a pro bodybuilder it's really nice to see all the machines they have. The equipment is all in good condition pretty much and a lot of the stuff is even new. The have everything, and more, that you need to get a good workout with any muscle group. Wish I lived closer or this would be my main gym.
I was looking for a local gym in Astoria (Queens) and I finally found The Complex NYC, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. The ComplexNYC has what you are looking for.
I love your classes ... especially the zumba classes .. and the atmosphere is nice ... the people are friendly ... it's a place where you get fit in a fun way
