Astoria plumbing was a life saver, we had a leaking ceiling during the 2026 extreme cold weather weekend and while every other plumber in the area was not able to come until 3 days later, Astoria plumbing was able to slot us in the very next morning. Javier arrived at the estimated time, very quickly diagnosed the issue (leaking radiator valves), explained the process, kept me updated on the cost, drove 1hr+ to Brooklyn to get the parts from one of the only places open and fixed everything very quickly.

Rob came over on two separate occasions to provide his plumbing services. Rob is courteous, timely, and honest. Unfortunately, I had to reduce this rating from 5 stars as the shower shut off valves that was replaced failed in 3 months in which the hot water valve would not fully shut off, leaving it running. We had to shut off the master hot water valve for our floor every time we were done using the shower. Astoria Plumbers did a great job installing my new shower. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was sealed and working perfectly before leaving. Really happy with the result and their professionalism.

Astoria Plumbers' work quality was subpar. Leak reoccurred after their fix, and customer support is unhelpful.
