Hot tub was green and scummy. Room wasn’t very clean. Shower curtain didn’t go all the way down to the floor so water got everywhere. Looks like this used to be a nice place. Now I’d avoid it.
Room was not as pictured. Tile floors were disgusting. Cleaned them myself. Someone else’s lip liner was left on the headboard. Bathroom vent was awful- along with the hair dryer. Plus - no warning the bar and grill was closed until check out. Evident there has been a lot of water damage that has not been repaired Complete disappointment will never rent there again!
Great service just need to do a little better cleaning the rooms.
I made a reservation for the night of Dec. 28, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, the Astoria front desk staff was nowhere to be found at check-in. Used the desk phone as instructed by "the big sign next to the phone" & all of the other front desk phones rang. Even watched a pizza delivery guy & another guest show up, with STILL nobody at the front desk showing up - Waited around for 20 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere
