This place is absolutely the worst. And I regret the moment I step foot in side if there office. They lack professional and very disrespectful. I paid out of pocket for my services, and although my insurance company reimbursed the practice over five months ago, they are still withholding my refund. THE OLD RUDE MAN WHO RUNS THIS PRACTICE COMMITS INSURANCE FRAUD. He billed my insurance for a night guard that I never received. I just found out and it happened in September. I called him to confront him and his response was that he doesn’t get paid enough from insurances like mine, that the world doesn’t revolve around people like me and that I can do whatever I want because he doesn’t care. Si hubiera calificación está fuera su calificación son terribles desde la que está en el front desk hasta el Disque manager ,Dr,dueño y quien sabe q mas menos especialista dental me hicieron pésimo trabajo e inconcluso tuve q buscar quien arregle sus desastres terribles quítenles l Licencia.
Avoid this place. I had a bad experience during my procedure many years back and this time as well when I tried to ask for my digital xrays emailed for insurance purposes the guy at front desk was not helpful. He told me there is a 25$ charge to email your xrays and when I mentioned most dentist share that for free, he is like "well we are not most dental clinic".
