Horrible hospital and the front desk are racist if you don’t speak English they look down at you for speaking Spanish the front desk lady is Hispanic yet looks down at other Hispanic for speaking their native language I’ve gone multiple times and the same front desk women will hold grudges against you and making it impossible to get the service you need and if you call for service and they dont like what you have to say they hang up on you and they protect one a other from getting caught from doing these actions.

I have no complaints about the medical staff only the security guards that were rude and not empathetic to the patients because they told online that I should be there by 8:10am so I came 8:00, I don’t want to be late but this should be addressed. It was 18degrees wind chill that day and I got sick visiting a doctor, imagine that. And the security’s treatment to me was like … anyways it’s life if you’re down people will treat p

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The receptionist at this clinic exhibited a level of unprofessionalism that was concerning. I had a scheduled virtual appointment with my primary care doctor while en route to work and received an email reminder 20 minutes prior. Shortly after, I received a phone call from a female receptionist, who spoke to me in a raised voice, insisting I come into the clinic.
