I was looking for a local gym in Astoria (Queens) and I finally found The Complex NYC, the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. The ComplexNYC has what you are looking for.
Get place and even greater people
Great gym! As a pro bodybuilder it's really nice to see all the machines they have. The equipment is all in good condition pretty much and a lot of the stuff is even new. The have everything, and more, that you need to get a good workout with any muscle group. Wish I lived closer or this would be my main gym.
I love your classes ... especially the zumba classes .. and the atmosphere is nice ... the people are friendly ... it's a place where you get fit in a fun way
