RecommendedI have lived out here for 2 years .. I am very comfortable in my unit.. When something needs attention Management and staff get the job done ,Besides the minor issues in my Apartment The manager on Property now Kaci Ortiz does a good job , And I Appreciate her working with residence and doing her best at keeping up the property I must say she is doing a better job than any of the last two managers and I would recommend any of my family or friends to put a application out here on this property
Going on 4 years place is going further in the hole! No one lives here cause they want to but, cause they haft! No use getting to know name's in the office or maintenance cuz they won't be long long enough! Constant revolving door! Owners the same and same old BS to here! Ways to take 3 to 6 months to fix things now takes a year! A.C and hot water always out! Sewer Plumbing electrical absolutely shot! Crime rates triple!! And trash is always overflowing!! I have no problems with Astoria apt when I need something done they are always there to fixe what ever I need done in my apartment I have lived here for 9 years and have never had a problem here I like that we have security I feel safe for some reason in the past we had security but for some reason they didn't last I hope this time they stay here and I like how management runs this apt and maintenance is really fabulous helping out when I ask them for help
