The service manager, Mike Conley, was exceptional and successfully resolved the issue with my vehicle. I drove from Charleston to Parkersburg specifically to look at a Mercedes GLS. I test drove the vehicle, had my trade appraised, and was ready to buy. Because I had to return to Charleston for work, I completed the credit application online the next day. From there, everything fell apart. I was told my credit application had been submitted when it had not. Hours went by with no updates, and I had to follow up myself just to get basic information.
