The office was incredibly clean, and the staff were both efficient and friendly. The cleaning was very thorough and honestly the best dental visit I've had in the NY. I felt like Dr.Jo truly cared for each patient individually. There was no sense of being rushed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Jo!
I’ve had really positive experiences here. One thing that stood out is that the dentists themselves perform the cleanings, rather than handing it off entirely to a hygienist. It made the visit feel much more thorough and personalized. I also really appreciated their honesty and conservative approach. They advised against getting a bridge that had been recommended to me by another provider. Amazing service and doctors. Extremely professional and the office is immaculately clean. They really care about their patients and are very transparent about everything. So glad I found this place and will only come here from now on. Highly, highly recommended if you’re looking for an amazing dentist in the city.
i love astor dental! i have had the pleasure of being taken care of my the various doctors here and they’re all exceptional. they genuinely care and look out for the longevity of your teeth. most recently, i had Dr. Ali and she was personable, warm and thorough. i appreciate everyone here! i’ll never switch!
Tried a bunch of places around the area til I found Astor Smile a few years ago and have been coming here ever since even after moving away from the neighborhood. Dr Jo and everyone else I’ve met there have all been really kind and helpful, always taking the time to explain what they see and providing tips and pointers for dental care at home. Communication with the office has also always been great (appointment reminders, answering questions etc.) and things run on time. Would definitely recommend!
