This is an incredible primary care practice.
I have been a patient for years. TREATMENT IS ALWAYS PATIENT CENTERED AND PROFESSIONAL.
I’ve been patient here for a decade and have been thoroughly satisfied with the care I’ve received. Doctors and staff have all been excellent. But something major just changed here. They have recently been taken over by NYU Langone. Patients were notified of this change months in advance, so that wasn’t a shock. Dr. Kim has been my primary care physician for about 20 years. He is the consummate professional in every way. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and emotionally assessable. But the qualities that distinguish him, and make him really special, are empathy and caring. I know that he cares about me and my welfare and sometimes that means having uncomfortable conversations (about sex habits, etc.) He never judges and always offers encouragement and wise counsel.
