My experience with Astor health was 5 stars. It was the first time our family required at home care and JP came through in a pinch. He sent Sheldon who was a perfect match for my parents. He was mild mannered, polite, punctual, detail oriented and communicative with family members. I can’t recommend Astor enough!
I cannot recommend JP De Leon and the Astor Health team highly enough. Their private nursing team has taken exceptional care of both my daughter and, more recently, my cousin. In my cousin’s case, JP and his team truly went above and beyond and, quite honestly, saved her life. She had a very complicated surgery, and unfortunately, the doctors were not there for her in the way she needed during her recovery. Astor Health is extremely professional… and caring.. JP and staff go above and beyond experienced care .their professional involvement in determining care plan has been invaluable. We have been a client for almost two years and I would absolutely recommend Astor Health to anyone who needs family or self home care.
I had an Aid provided by Astor Health after I had major back surgery. My Aid was extraordinary--kind, caring, thoughtful and incredibly easy to be around all the time. I had her for 3 months and I must say that she made my recovery so much better--more tolerable--and less daunting. I suspect that all of the people they use are equally capable. I would certainly use them again and have recommended them to several friends who were equally pleased. Well done Astor Health!!
I am their biggest fan! Each aide was caring and attentive ! I hated being in the hospital but the agency made it a bit easier ! Thank you!
