Wonderful Hotel
Writing only for the afternoon tea service we brought our daughters for to celebrate one of their birthdays. Overall the experience was ok, not great (especially considering the price tag of ~$400 for 4 people). The desserts were very good but the sandwiches you could tell were made much earlier in the day as the bread was dry. Service was ok as well, while attentive, we weren't made aware there were other drink options for our kids outside of tea (the menu doesn't show them) until we noticed another table had hot chocolates... read more
Phenomenal service. Gorgeous setting.
I only give 1 star bc I'm unable to give 0. I speak specifically of the bar. Sat outside for over 30mins. Asked our server for water, and she said okay. I went to the bar and ordered 3 drinks for our party. We sat another 20+ minutes with no water and watching our server server everyone but us. When we asked for a manager he refused to acknowledge our lack of service in a half empty patio. Not worth the hype or money.
