Worst experiance ever. The lack of interest applied into getting the kids treated is phenomenal. And I'm not just speaking from this one encounter. You would think that with the mental health deterioration of our young children a medical facility would be more readily available for treatment. If a family member walks through these doors a child should be seen. Maybe just maybe these kids would stop popping off and killing others and walking into schools and shooting others. Disgusting the lack of empathy shame on you Astor.

Better hire your own personal therapist or higher secretary to deal with the cancellations that they never let you know about then they blame it on the computers and then blame it on the company itself basically blaming others then try to make it look like your fault and then while your child is supposed to be being treated they're reviewing records and there's nothing but silence then they're asking a child about his medication when he takes it as he got the emails and how they're supposed to call him it's like a circus
