This practice use to be much better. They moved to a nice new building but the service has gotten much worse. I saw Dr. Marcia Berman, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She came into the room very aggressively and she gave all her views and opinions, and she raised her voice and tried to talk over me if I did NOT agree with everything that she said. I love my children’s doctor Marcia Berman but I do not love the staff. Also the nurses always have a rude face and seem annoyed with their job. No smiles or welcoming faces by the nurses and always have something rude to say. I only come because my kids love their doctor and she knows them very well.
