I showed up for my appointment @8:26 for my 8:30am appt and no one was there, I called and texted no answer… waited there till 10am and still no response and my deposit hasn’t been returned and no communication from her
If I could give her 0 stars I would. This woman did my hair a few times a few years ago. I reached out to her a few days ago to inquire (as her page says to do, as she didn’t have her booking site working. I texted her and she never responded. The next day at 2:30 in the damn morning, she responds and just says she is available for the weekend. She never provided times, dates, pricing…etc. I reached out again and she completely ignored me. I am in love with my bohemian knotless braids! Trina braid so fast, easy to book with, very friendly and had me laughing the entire time while watching Madea movies lol. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
Trina has been my stylist for over 10 years now, and I’m hers for life! Trina brought my hair back to life, it’s thick but very healthy thanks to her! She is an absolute pro at braiding hair. So between the great conversation, free snacks and astonishing braids, I’m a happy lady!
