If I could give lower than 1 star it would be -10 impossible to get an appointment even though the waiting room sits 30 people you only see 4 people in the morning and 4 people in the afternoon how it gets away with it god only knows been like that for years but when first opened waiting room had the 30 people
It has got to be one of the worst surgeries in Liverpool
Poor reception staff. Poor communication skills. Impossible to get an appointment yet the surgery is always empty… I have been suffering with an unknown health condition for 12 months now it has turned into a severe condition in need of urgent treatment from a GP. Went to get bloods done. The woman at the desk was with another patient and he was talking for a while - roughly 10 minutes before I was seen (this couldn’t be helped as he was complaining about something). My bloods were at 12. By the time I got upstairs from my bloods it was 12:10. The woman taking my bloods (short hair, short) told me to “hurry up!! The people are here to collect bloods”.
