It is very sad that Aston Martin has employees such as David service advisor (or manager that he claims to be) working there. He should never be working with costumers or have any direct contact with them. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and when asked to speak to someone else pulls out "I am a service manager, I am top person here" I never asked for top person I just didn't appreciate your awful attitude and behavior. We just purchased an Astin Martin and took it to Aston Martin for service and so they told us that it will cost $11,800 and so we paid the car was there for few days after we picked it up they asked us for another $8000 me and my husband shocked asked them why they told us the $11000 was only for parts that includes 5 tires fixing a leak and tear breaks pads and general maintenance.
