Car dealership service experiences can vary dramatically and it usually comes down to the quality of the service representative. Aston Martin Austin has given me three different service representatives in the past 12 months, but Mark Bond (the latest) is by far the best. He delivered exemplary service oversight of my recent service visit to the dealership. I cannot highly recommend him enough.
As with any car dealership, delivering consistent customer service excellence is always a struggle regardless of brand. Aston Martin Austin has had some inconsistencies in their service managers however, Mark Bond has been a breath of fresh air in terms of his energy and enthusiasm for the brand and attention to detail when it comes to customer service.
