I really have to commend Alex Benitez at Aston Martin Austin. Again and again he has managed to ease the pain of having to take my car to service with his professionalism and obvious commitment to quality. Kudos to your entire service department!
Annual service completed as scheduled. John, the service advisor was friendly and professional. I accidentally left my mobile phone in the car and John promptly delivered it to me within an hour, even though I was 16 miles away. First class service!
