I called Aston's customer phone line Tuesday of this week & was told I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours-did not happen! Called again today & asked for a zone rep/supervisor/etc. to help and was told that the call center did not have that info. No info on how to call, email or write the US hq. Crazy that the customer line does not know the physical or email address of the US HQ. My Db11, which I bought new, has been in the shop 4 times in the past few months with engine light issues.
