The care and compassion I received from the staff here was phenomenal. Although I experienced a rare, adverse reaction to my infusion, the staff immediately took the necessary steps to help me through it and made sure I wasn't alone in my distress. Everyone I encountered was very kind and took care of me when I needed it most. I don't remember everyone's name, but I want to thank the nurses Aaron, Narvaez, Bella, Esterina and the director Laura Kirk for their kindness & support.
Just had the most worse experience phone wise with a person name Jay. He pretty much called me and told me that I shouldn’t come for my infusion appointment. He was RUDE. Super rude and harsh.
Great staff in the infusion clinic here at UT Southwestern Aston Building. Everyone here makes it their job to keep you comfortable. Very friendly staff as well.
