Built with Aston Homes in 2018 and am looking to build another property in the next year and will not engage any builder other than Aston. Our original build was brilliant from start to finish. Organised, clean and completed in the timeframe they gave us with minimal fuss. Built our investment property with them and had no issues at all. Even the external private inspector said there were no major defects and commended how clean the site was. Our external trades (landscape and concrete) even said the same. Joe was an excellent site supervisor and we would definitely seek him for future builds! We have built with other major expensive builders before and Aston has better quality than the bigger companies. As first homeowners, we had an amazing experience with Aston Homes. Steve from sales was very helpful and answered our concerns promptly. Isabella T. has been wonderful in assisting us with admin and documentation process. The amazing JAMES M. (our site supervisor) who looks after the Northern suburbs really made our building journey worthwhile. He constantly updates us weekly on the build progress, a pro in addressing issues effectively. I had the most amazing experience building with Aston Homes. Tom in the Sales office was so knowledgeable and informative. He was helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Joe my supervisor was wonderful. He met with me prior to the build to run over everything and at every stage I received updated pictures and feedback.
