This is no different then putting love one in regular apartment. They had my mom who was obviously 1st -2 ND stages of alzhimers and they had her sign a 2 yr lease. Shame. She went straight to a memory care. Be better
After searching for a solution to stay in Florida and not be responsible for increased Condo assessments, rising interest rates and the declining real estate market, we sold out condo while we toured numerous retirement communities. Great community that offers Independent Living for my MIL! They also have Asst. Living and Memory Care and the "Inn" is gorgeous with great care givers. The food Wow factor and options are terrific to include gluten free. The social aspect is amazing and keeps the residents VERY busy!
