I live here with my family since 2023, and our experience has been great! The manager (Mrs Vivian) and all her staff have been wonderful, always friendly and ready to help! The gym is well adjusted to different needs (I would change the AC temp-too cold but…). Building well kept up, common areas always clean. I work from home and have had no problem with noise; or food odors coming into my apt, once in a great while in the hallway but not frequent. No problems with neighbors or noise from next door apts. So far a great location, very close to the main supermarkets (Publix, Winn Dixie, Milan and Aldi). Also, one mile from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, and 10 minutes from Miami International Airport and 20 minutes drive from the main Miami Beaches. The facilities pool, gym and common areas are also good. The property management staff are very friendly and always willing to assist the residents and visitors as well.
