Well Tom, isn't that what a service shop is there for? His answer to me when I told him that was a rip off was that if I can't afford this to maybe get out of the business! Horrible customer service at the service department. I was talking to the guy at counter and explaining my issues with my truck but he was busy texting and trying to kill flies. He went to his manager to explain and come talk to me but his manager wouldn’t and kept shaking his head.I have spent thousands of dollars but I guess i will take my business elsewhere
First and Last Time coming to Astleford Burnsville. Went here for an oil change and fuel filters(2025 MV607). I was here for almost 4 hours the people seemed friendly but the tech was not experienced at all. He claims it took a really long time to get my FACTORY fuel filters off. In reality he was messing with stuff in and out of my truck and two of my driver side marker lights fell out while driving 10 min after the truck was in this shop....
