They don’t even deserve one star for repairs they have zero mechanic knowledge. I went there for a simple issue with my International LT they made me pay 938$ of which they said they have fixed it. but in less than two hours i came back with the same issue and asking for more money to fix it of which they are not sure they can fix it. I came here to change the left lamp on my truck the people here are really polite and helping they change my lamp in less than 45 minutes thank you guys to keep me on the road
We used this place for a few years and became complacent with there terrible service. When we brought our trucks in for issues they would hook it up to the computer clear the codes and say they couldn't find the problem. It seems like there's little to no effort in diagnosing problems beyond plugging it into the computer. After the last time this happened and the problem we were seeking to fix was again ignored, we brought it elsewhere. Terrible service. My truck has been there for nearly a week just to get a quote. It’s only a minor brake issue—I wouldn't want to imagine what it would be like if it were something more serious. The communication is abysmal.
