Sign in the door says Monday-Friday 7am-10pm. Currently 9pm on wendsday and everything is locked up and everyone went home. We depend on these places to go by their hours to get jobs done. This is unacceptable in so many fashions.
Good bunch of guys here, they pay attention to customer needs and do a good job repairing issues on our trucks.
First and Last Time coming to Astleford Burnsville. Went here for an oil change and fuel filters(2025 MV607). I was here for almost 4 hours the people seemed friendly but the tech was not experienced at all. He claims it took a really long time to get my FACTORY fuel filters off. In reality he was messing with stuff in and out of my truck and two of my driver side marker lights fell out while driving 10 min after the truck was in this shop....
