We used this place for a few years and became complacent with there terrible service. When we brought our trucks in for issues they would hook it up to the computer clear the codes and say they couldn't find the problem. It seems like there's little to no effort in diagnosing problems beyond plugging it into the computer. After the last time this happened and the problem we were seeking to fix was again ignored, we brought it elsewhere. Terrible service. My truck has been there for nearly a week just to get a quote. It’s only a minor brake issue—I wouldn't want to imagine what it would be like if it were something more serious. The communication is abysmal.

This is the worst place to buy parts. I purchased a filter, and when I opened the box, I realized it was not the correct part for my vehicle. I tried to return it since it was never used, but they refused, saying they can’t accept returns if the box has been opened. How was I supposed to know it was the wrong part without opening it? I even showed them the label, but they still wouldn’t help. I strongly recommend not spending your money here.
