Terrible service. My truck has been there for nearly a week just to get a quote. It’s only a minor brake issue—I wouldn't want to imagine what it would be like if it were something more serious. The communication is abysmal.
This is the worst place to buy parts. I purchased a filter, and when I opened the box, I realized it was not the correct part for my vehicle. I tried to return it since it was never used, but they refused, saying they can’t accept returns if the box has been opened. How was I supposed to know it was the wrong part without opening it?
