Waiting long time to be able to see Doctor. The receptionist is not nice. Do not recommend here!
Great experience! I take my son here and the wait for the allergy shots are usually short and the nurses are very nice to him. They also give quick and painless shots with you usually leaving the office within 2 minutes.
Before we came today, I checked the google review and were worried base on those negative review and complain. But the thing is that everything goes excellent, from PA Dann to front desk and nurse, everyone did pretty good job I can say. Be patient and nice to the kids all the time, I believe they really worth to get a good review.
From the moment you walk into this facility you are treated like a annoyance. The staff is basically going through the motions of running this office. During our exam we were never once greeted with a smile. The girl who did our allergy test had obviously done many of them and gave us a thorough report of what would happen, however the employees need to keep in mind that we haven't done this before.
