The staff here is absolutely terrible very unprofessional, doesn’t know how to communicate at all. I called them five times yesterday before someone finally answered. I asked if they were open on New Year’s Eve due to the holiday and they told me yes. So I went up there today to get my allergy shot and they tell me they’re closed for the holiday and refused to give me my antigen when I currently have a horrible sinus infection. 0/10 would not recommend!
Horrible experience had first the doctor doesn’t even see you in person for a consultation it’s only over the phone I explained to the doctor that I have immune deficiency and allergies to medication I let him know that my oncologist wanted to retest my immune system and the allergy to the medications because I was going to have a mastectomy and that my previous doctor was giving me IVIG infusions but due to my insurance i couldn’t see him I get to my follow appointment and I’m getting a breathing test done drive 45 min to s... read more
Writing as im sitting here waiting for my son's results. I had not seen the reviews to this location and im upset I didn't look before making an appointment here. Im not sure what this girls name is but I can describe her with some ugly dark drawn eyebrows. I know for a fact their wifi is down and all but that gives this person no right to be with an attitude. Slamming cabinets and I asked if she's in a bad mood to get someone else. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.
Could not do 2nd round of allergy tests because I had a very slight reaction to histamine that I had taken Sunday. I was told that I would have to reschedule. I said no.
