Whenever I need anything I can call Felecia and know that she is gonna do whatever it takes to get the job done, ie: a prescription needed, a dr appt, paperwork filled out. We were 4 minutes late getting to our appointment this morning due to another appointment running a few minutes late. Staff were very rude & told us we would have to reschedule. You are dealing with actual human beings who apparently aren't left any room for errors. Owning a small business myself, I cannot imagine treating people the way I was treated this morning and staying in business. But I guess that's the double standards of doctors.
