I come here monthly for my Xolair injection. The nurses are great, but the receptionist is consistently rude and unhelpful. I’m always told to call 30 minutes before to have my medication taken out of the fridge, but it has happened multiple times that they didn’t communicate this to the nurse. When I arrive, the medication is still in the fridge, so instead of a quick, 5-minute shot, I end up waiting nearly an hour. This lack of coordination is extremely frustrating and needs to be addressed.
They helped me figure out why I had a chronic cough. I was told my entire life I had Asthma. To find out I did not that it was Allergies. Simple remedy and I haven’t coughed in 1.5 yrs. Life changing!!!!!
