The Mitchellville Front desk staff is horrible. Absolutely terrible!! This isn't just a one-off. On three separate occasions, it ends in the same outcome. Poor communication, terrible record keeping, they blame each other for office mistakes and will throw each other under the bus with no hesitation. They are dismissive, smug, and just all around unprofessional. It's unfortunate, because Dr. Makia is EXCELLENT! It's also unfortunate, because it's just one or two bad apples ruining it for the rest of the ladies.
The doctor is amazing..... the staff is the total opposite. The young lady the works as the front desk resptionist is RUDE!!! She picks an chooses who she greets. Also EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I wish I could give this embarrassingly incompetent excuse for a doctor's office less stars. They were rude, incompetent, and wasted my time. A week ago I had scheduled an appointment in hopes of getting treatment for my cat allergies. Which led to the first and most pleasant interaction I had with this doctor's office. I misremembered the scheduled time for the appointment and arrived roughly ten minutes late.
