This place is awful. I had an appointment for allergy testing today and went 1 week without any allergy medication or shots to only receive a call today that they had to cancel my appointment because a provider had to call off. Now I have to wait a month to do my allergy testing and repeat the same suffering and crap. I was beyond pissed why cant they call someone else in to take that provider's place or make me a priority paitent for this week since I was already off my shots and medication.
Had my new patient visit today. The receptionist isn't friendly at all. She seemed mad at people for having appointments 😅 The lobby was really dirty. Floors were gross. Dust everywhere including counters, trim, vents, windows and blinds. The walls and windows definitely hadn't been wiped down in a long time. I wasn't able to take any pictures because they have signs everywhere that say "Recording, Taping, and Photographing is Strictly Prohibited In This Facility." I have been getting my allergy shots at the Parkersburg location for many years. It's a walk in basis, a person never knows how long to expect for a wait time. It was quite obvious today that it was even more understaffed with nurses than normal, so they have to split their time with appointments and walk in injections. My daughter and I (along with many other patrons) waited close to an hour and a half today. This is unacceptable. My rating is for this and does not reflect the professionalism of my nurse.
Years ago, my children and I used to go to the Ripley office and they were awesome. A few years ago my symptoms were worse and I had to start going back so I went to the Parkersburg office (since it is closer). My experience with this facility has been horrible, from trying to do the injections (costing me over $1000 out of pocket and who knows how much on insurance in less than 6 month period, not having the injections at the site for my appointment, etc.), to wanting to do a breathing test every time I come in, not wanting... read more
