Years ago, my children and I used to go to the Ripley office and they were awesome. A few years ago my symptoms were worse and I had to start going back so I went to the Parkersburg office (since it is closer). My experience with this facility has been horrible, from trying to do the injections (costing me over $1000 out of pocket and who knows how much on insurance in less than 6 month period, not having the injections at the site for my appointment, etc.), to wanting to do a breathing test every time I come in, not wanting... read more
This place is the worst “doctor’s office” I’ve ever been to. I read some reviews prior to getting an appointment scheduled but waited until I actually went to make my own opinion. The negative reviews are all correct. I should have trusted my gut. I was there for 3 hours today and got nothing accomplished that I went there for. When they called to schedule the appointment (since it was a referral) they didn’t inform me to stop taking any antihistamines so today they wouldn’t have been able to do everything. This place is so disorganized. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. The Doctor talks so fast I never knew what's he's saying, and he is never clear in his delivery of instructions. On top of that, the last time I was in there every single person who works there was complaining about something. I'm going to start going someplace else.
Have been going there for years, and I find them to be very professional, efficient and caring. Very pleased with my visit each time.
Horrid service, horrid. First off, the online check-in is useless. Staff dropped the ball on giving me intake paperwork, the wait was atrociously long even after I'd turned it back in to them. Once they got me in, over an hour past my appointment time, the provider was quite dismissive, rushed and rude. Told me my eczema was probably poison ivy, and refused to allow me an allergy test! I knew this was an eczema flareup likely due to an allergy, so I wanted an allergy test to figure out the irritant, and instead he refused an... read more
