This practice is horrible. I am so disappointed. I was referred to Dr. Shahnaz for her expertise in a rare condition i have. when i finally got an appt with her, i waited for 2 hours and was only seen because i got up and complained, since i was on the clock. i found out on my way there that she would not be available to see me, but her PA would instead. Her PA had me take 5 pages worth of tests. Months later I was sent a $3200 bill from Quest! I called Quest to dispute it and they said that the dr’s office needs to code it ... read more
Terrible customer service. Never answers the phone. Constantly has miscommunication and has wasted my time several times. Do not recommend, especially if you need this for a child.
Currently there right now and everything is a hassle. Very hard to get ahold of them, don’t return calls when they say they will among lots of other things including treating my symptoms instead of curing them. Never had problems like this at my previous allergist on the west coast of FL
The girls in the receptionist area are very nice, they helped me out with a problem I was having with my insurance. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable. They asked more questions about my husband's condition then anyone else we have been to. They don't rush through the exam to get to the next patient. They take their time and make sure they know as much as possible.
The staff is very friendly, and the doctors are very pleasing, I was able to control my son allergies problem thank to them... The wait it is a bit long...
