I had my first visit with Dr. Sunjay Modi last week. The office staff was welcoming, efficient and helped me with new patient process. The wait time to see the doctor was minimal. Dr. Modi listened to my questions and provided me with answers and resources regarding my allergies. They even offered me same day allergy testing- which I was unable to do due to my schedule. I’m heading back for testing today and feel optimistic that Dr. Modi can help me het my allergies under control.
Well taken care of office personnel very welcoming and Dr Modi is very through and takes his time to explain things
The front desk staff needs to be retrained or have better phone etiquette.. on top of the wait times to be seen is ridiculous anyway but after my last conversation I’ll no longer return. A lot of the allergist my child seen is no longer there anyway. The front desk staff I was used to is no longer there.. it’s time for a change. But here’s a tip, watch the tone you have towards people & don’t be so quick to hang up you never know who may come up there to give you a piece of their mind. Please watch your attitudes !! The staff is amazing and always friendly. Would highly recommend and refer friends and family here.
Dr. Bahrainwala is so gentle and kind with our infant, and he is wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive!!!
