Being an esthetician at Asteria Spa has changed my whole perspective of massage! My amazing co worker Averi practiced a buccal massage on me yesterday to help relive tension and stress in my jaw due to clenching my teeth at night. This has been something I have struggled a lot with recently and the pain on the left side of my jaw has been unreal some days! Today I have noticed a huge difference and have been going through my day with no discomfort or pain in my jaw! TMJ girlies this is a great way to help you!
I originally booked a facial with Josie on my birthday as a gift to myself. Little did i know it would end up being the best, most relaxing, refreshing facial I've ever received. I left feeling so relaxed and my face/skin looked so great and i felt refreshed. Fast forward to this week i booked the "glow2 facial" with Josie. WOW, i would highly recommend getting any facial treatment by Josie. I never knew my face could look and feel as great as it feels after the Glo2!!
