i will be moving to del rio, I was nervous at first but Eva has made me more comfortable with coming an she made my transition very very good ,after losing my spouse i was nervous about moving anywhere alone with 7 kids but if everyone is as nice as Eva in del rio and as welcoming i think me an my babies will be fine thank u an see y’all soon
Aster Villas was built on the property that was also a RV /Trailer Park subdivision 1 Not a secure parking lot . I’ve seen vehicles open their doors without a care and dent the other parked vehicle side. Be aware of your surroundings and lock your vehicles. I’ve seen 2 young adults who live in the building looking underneath the vehicles, looking inside the windows, behind truck trunks , and messing with vehicle tire valves.Then they’ll go into the trailer park to see what they can steal. Very nice customer service
Lived here before the new management. Prior to that, my apartment was infested with tiny cockroaches, despite the obsessive cleaning I did everyday, removing appliances, and cocking holes, I couldn’t get rid of them with the units around me being filthy. There were several months where management wouldn’t deposit my rent checks so I called corporate after being concerned it’ll come back to me. The garage cans outside would be overflowing.
