I came to Aster Springs following the darkest time of my life. I was scared, overwhelmed, and felt like I had no more fight left to give. Aster springs felt like the hand that reached down and picked me up, dusted me off, gave me a hug, and told me I was worth something. My experience at Aster was absolutely wonderful. It was the best experience you could possibly have. I felt like part of the family. It's the first place I've come to where I was treated like a person or a human instead of just a patient, and I didn't feel like I was just a number in a system. Aster Springs truly changed my life. The staff go above and beyond with compassion and genuine care, creating a safe space where healing felt possible for the first time in my life. I’ll forever be grateful for the impact they made on my journey.
This was life changing. It completely changed the way I thought about myself and nourishing overall. I didn't realize how low I was until i got here and truly reflected on it. The support from the staff, and everyone here, truly made a difference. The groups they had and the variety helped me to explore different areas of myself to the point where things I never thought would click did click. The alumni program has been extremely beneficial for me. I get the extra support I need with the group chat and the virtual support groups. The alumni program has been an extra outlet for me in-between my out patient sessions.
