I submitted my application three weeks ago and paid the application fee. Since then, I have visited the office several times in person, but I have not received any clear update about the status of my application. Each time I go, the door is closed or I’m told they are in a meeting and to come back the following week. As an applicant who already paid the fee, I believe I deserve at least a formal update. I am simply asking for a clear response regarding my application.
This place was ok until this new property manager came she's evil and dont return. Phone calls. I moved out and got a bill for a balance for some trash removal. She sent me the bill at new address and then I called to get clarification and to see where to send money but of course no one was available to take my call. I left message no call back. Shen sent my bill to collection to try to ruin my credit and my rental history. Instead of calling me back! Evil!
