When I called to reschedule an upcoming appointment so I could travel to be with a dying family member, I was told I would be charged a $100 fee for rescheduling without 48 hours notice - it was 45 hrs to my appointment. The person on the phone told me they couldn’t authorize removing the fee, they said only their manager could do it, so I asked for the manager to call me back. Excellence all around here. The ambiance soothing, the manner of all staff professional, personable & thus comforting. This is what mental health help is meant to be. Plus TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)! After years of medications, only a third way through this treatment & already feeling the difference. Never thought better sleep would happen again yet it has!
