I attempted to visit the pharmacy for a vaccine appointment. However, I could not enter the building in which Aster Pharmacy is housed because it was locked and therefore was forced to miss the appointment. There was no notification from the pharmacy or AHS that the building would not be open today. This is outrageous and disgraceful behaviour. It is common courtesy to notify customers about any changes to opening times. I will never set foot in Aster Pharmacy again.
