UNLAWFUL COMPANY, PLEASE ADVISE. WENT BEHIND ONE MONTH ON RENT DUE TO COVID AND LOSING MY JOB. PAID THEM AND LEFT THE PREMISES AS TOLD BY ASTER. THEY THEN CHARGED ME 3 MONTHS RENT DUE TO NO WRITTEN NOTICE THAT I LEFT. ON TOP OF LATE FEES. I WILL BE GETTING AN ATTORNEY AS I AM 25 YEARS OLD AND THEY WANT $9,000 EVEN AFTER I LEFT PROPERTY. I EVEN SENT THEM MY NEW LEASE AT ANOTHER PROPERTY WITH THE DATES ON IT AND MY UTILITIES GETTING TURNED OFF. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I WILL SEEK FURTHER ACTION AGAINST THIS UNLAWFUL COMPANY.
Rent elsewhere. Maintenance guys come when they want to. They also made me enter the lease with cashier checks as the only payment option which is fine. I use cashier checks but 4 months down the road they allowed everyone else to enter lease using debit/credit. I've been paying the lease each month with my debit/credit cards. Cabinets are extremely cheap. Maintenance guys are always riding around on golf carts when there's a huge lists of maintenance request.
