My furnace had kicked the bucket so I needed a whole new heating system. I decided to invest in a cold climate heat pump to transition from gas fueled hot water pipes to electric. Roman and Vadim came out for a free estimate and went over everything! From making sure my current electric set up could handle the system, showing me how it was going to look, the time frame needed and cost. Vadim and Roman from Astello did a fantastic job installing two split AC units for my home. The entire process from start to finish was professional and smooth sailing. They were very kind, respectful, efficient, and cleaned up so well after themselves at the end of the day that I wouldn’t have even known that they were there! They walked me through everything at the end to ensure that I felt comfortable with the installation and operation of the units. Their team is also very responsive and maintain open communication. Everything was done cleanly, neatly, and on schedule. The entire system was installed and started on time, and every inspection was passed without any issues. The final result actually exceeded our expectations. The team was very professional, calm,... read more

After inspecting several hundred Heat Pump Mini-split system installations prior to my retirement , my wife and I chose Astello LLC for our home. Vadim and Roman always did quality work, and we were very satisfied by the job they did on our home. Our post and beam home having been built 1783 had some challenges, but the Astello team exceeded our expectations. Great knowledgeable honest people, we would highly recommend.
