This use to be Wilson's Heating and Air Conditioning, but clearly it's been sold, minus the customer service. I had been a loyal Wilson's customer for over 12 years. I called for my annual service...OMG! When I was presented the bill, the price more than doubled and when I tried to cancel the contract, in 30 days, I was told I can cancel the contract, but they were keeping the balance, over $125.00. I needed to get my electric water heater repaired! The technician suggested I buy a new “oil fueled” heater! He tells me that if I consider financing I mind as well go with something more expensive! Like if it’s his money !!! I was like man my boys gotta shower tonight after MMA training ! He was like, “ok” not responding to my boys needing a shower!
