Terrible experience with this company and krystal was extremely rude! They scheduled me multiple times and then canceled last minute without any actual explanation. Would not offer me compensation and blocked my number and my email. I would absolutely NOT recommend for anyone to go here!! It’s a scam, you can find more respectable and affordable options with other companies where they treat their clients decently and with respect of their time.
Working with Astanza has been a great experience thus far. I have worked with them for a year and a half and have been consistently impressed by prompt responses to any questions I had or help that I have needed along my journey. Wow!!! I am in the process of getting my face tattoos removed with Astanza they do great work and as they are removing the tattoos they walk you through the whole thing 5 stars from me
