I had a very positive experience at Astan African Hair Braiding. The ladies were able to take me in on short notice, and I was able to take advantage of the medium knotless special for $200. My hair turned out beautiful, neat, and exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciated the service and care throughout the process. I will definitely be back!
My husband waited there for 4 hours when the lady said she would be done shortly. He just wanted 6 simple braids that take 25 min. They daughter was very unprofessional arguing with the mother instead of helping. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIST YOUR TIME
I had a very nasty experience today. I was scheduled for an appointment for 4pm today and I got there only to be told without any remorse or courtesy that for some reasons she can't make my hair. I explained that I came all the way from Winter Haven but she just bluff me aside. I felt very bad and disappointed. This is not the way to do business 👎👎👎
