Shana was so friendly and was quick! Only did a haircut but she did extra service of getting my hair curly.

Shana called me 30 mins before my appointment to cancel because her color went over saying client decided on something different when arriving. Then told me she could move me to 715 but I’d have to “make it quick” because she had things to do. Needless to say I didn’t reschedule. Not to mention the fact that she was extremely rude thru text after I called out how unprofessional it was to wait until the last possible minute to cancel. I love coming here, it’s a very warm and comfortable environment with people to match. Shana always does a great job and somehow always exactly understands my vague requests. My last visit was my most exciting, going short and dying my hair for the first time. I was worried the blue might fade green but Shana knows her color science and it’s faded to a pretty icy blue I like just as much as the sapphire.
