I purchased a 330i bmw from Fitzgerald Darbone in March of 2018. When it was time to do TTL.. I was informed it was a flood vehicle. And hadn't even been registered to his business AST motorsports. When I went to locate him, he had moved his car lot. Thru out the year I had multiple problems adding up to over 5 grand. More then what I paid for the vehicle. I located him in September 2019. Let the buyer beware. Here's my story: I purchased a BMW 750i from Fitzgerald Darbone (owner of AST Motorsports) on 12/10/18 & the mileage was 74,463. Instead of the promised pre-purchase inspection - Fitzgerald only had the oil changed. I drove it back to Atlanta & on 1/2/19, a low oil level warning popped up at 76,289 miles. The car needed a quart of oil in 1646 miles!! 863 miles later - Another one-quart low warning popped up so I began investigating BMW online forums.
