Assurity was previously owned by Brian but has changed ownership to Mrs. White. Let me tell you that this was the BEST thing to ever happen to Assurity. I have rented for 12 years and out of all my landlords/property managers she is the BEST one yet. She truly cares about her tenants, their well being/safety, and the property as if she lived in them herself. I’ve lived in quite a few apartments over the past 20 years all over the US and this is by far the most professional and easy property management I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Devan was prompt to help with questions or concerns and the maintenance person (sorry I forgot his name!) was proficient and always courteous. If I didn’t move out of the state I definitely would have stayed with Assurity and my beautiful apartment that I will deeply miss!!! Thank you team!

I'm a Tennant at a property they had and I have had from them respect and good service Brian always answers my questions and concerns.I'm glad I rented with him hope to rent again in the future.
No problems here...been a tenant in one of their properties for 2 months and have had 2 minor issues: both were resolved promptly!
