Joint whole life policy not represented as sold I am very frustrated with Assurity Life in Lincoln NE. I was covered on a whole life policy with my late husband. Shortly prior to his passing, unknown to me, he cashed out the policy. He was under doctor's care and I was seeking guardianship due to his medical condition. Assurity life insurance needs to be shut down. SCAM! Wow where do I begin?? this company is glad to take your money but when it comes to a claim they will drag their feet.
