Horrible customer service out of Denver! Canceled policy and a month later they hit me for another premium. Had to stop payment at my bank. Lack of return calls or emails unless you consider 7 days a reasonable amount of time!
We have several policies with them and we regret that. Extremely hard to reach out to any of their agents. They never call you back. It has gone significantly worst after they were bought over by Ghallagar. I would NOT recommend using them
Not the best for small businesses. We used them for over 10 years and they went out of their way to try and lose our business. The people working there are not professionals. They should not be in business. To get them to do their job was like pulling teeth. There are so many better companies to go through. Choose wisely
Austin Hample is a fantastic insurance agent, and always makes sure I have the coverage I want. He has been my agent for many years. Whenever I have questions regarding my policies, he answers my questions quickly and kindly. It is reassuring to have someone help you personally navigate insurance coverage, instead of having to rely on a giant impersonal corporation.
