She was incredibly kind, highly professional, clear in her communications and truly knowledgeable about the process. Brenda seriously made a highly difficult situation significantly easier and I cannot recommend her and her team more. I would give them more than five stars if I could!!

Brenda stated clearly the date of funding at signing and wouldn't you know it happened a day early leaving me scrambling to get out of the buyer's way while completely screwing my whole schedule. When I called her she said oh, i dont get involved with possession of the property. Lack of communication and accountability are the corner stones of this company
