I needed a storage unit recently. Starting yesterday I called Assurance Storage in Hendersonville. No answer all day just voicemail. Received no call back. Went up there today to rent a unit in person as they wouldn't answer the phone. Upon arrival, I see 3 people chatting up a storm outside and one of them is carrying a box.
